This is the PETSPATS Reflective Collar. It is generally well made and neon colored for some great night reflection action! One flaw I noted was there was on thing to do with the extra slack from adjusting it. Harley is also on the border of being a medium and a large collar. This large easily comes off of him, so it runs a bit large.
